Baby green apples are popping out all over my apple tree.
A few of the stubbornest, crustiest old guys from last year are still hanging tough though, refusing to be pushed out of the way by the young upstarts.
I liked the contrast of young and old rubbing shoulders.
It's a good thing when generations hang out together.
