I'm sure it's just a workshop on how to decorate festive flower pots.
Or maybe it has something to do with making nice Christmas flower arrangements.
I don't know what you were thinking.
That's not even legal in Ohio.
Although, judging by some of the Christmas decorations popping up around town, people are clearly smoking something.
